What is a .ORG file?

ORG is an Emacs Org mode file for notes, to-do lists and writing.

Did you know
  • Org mode is one of Emacs’s most beloved features for organising work and ideas.
  • Org mode was created by Carsten Dominik to organise his own notes and tasks, and ships built into GNU Emacs.
  • Despite being plain text, it doubles as an agenda, a spreadsheet and a literate-programming notebook that can export to HTML, LaTeX and PDF.
What Analyser shows you
Open lightweight document and markup formats as selectable page previews: Rich Text Format (RTF, control words stripped to readable prose), AbiWord (ABW), FictionBook ebooks (FB2), Hangul HWPX, and MHTML web archives (the saved HTML rendered with scripts removed), plus markup and typesetting source - DITA, TEI, JATS journal XML, reStructuredText, AsciiDoc, Org-mode, Textile, TeX/LaTeX and BibTeX - shown with every page selectable and copyable.
Open a .ORG file
Drag a .ORG file onto the Analyser home page (or tap to pick one). It opens entirely in your browser - nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and it works offline once installed.
