What is a .SIMG file?
SIMG is an Android sparse disk image, used when flashing a phone.

- A sparse image skips empty space, so flashing an Android partition is faster.
- A sparse image marks unused regions as “don’t care” chunks, so only meaningful data is written and transferred.
