What is a .QXP file?
QXP is a QuarkXPress document - a page-layout project from the program that dominated magazine and newspaper production in the 1990s.

- What Analyser reads
- Identify and read more document, e-book and publishing files: Scribus (.sla/.scd version, pages, fonts), MS Works and Windows Write, Word 97 templates (.dot), StarOffice 5.x binary docs, Shanda Bambook and Sony BBeB (.lrf/.lrx) e-books, FrameMaker, document templates and legacy PageMaker.
- Depth of analysis
- .QXP is an identification-grade format: Analyser recognises it from its bytes and decodes the header metadata it carries, rather than opening it in a full viewer. Formats that do get a full viewer are marked "Full" on the formats page.
- Open a .QXP file
- Drag a .QXP file onto the Analyser home page (or tap to pick one). It is identified entirely in your browser - nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and it works offline once installed.
