What is a .NPZ file?
NPZ is a ZIP holding several NumPy arrays in one file.

- NPZ bundles multiple NumPy arrays together, each kept in the efficient .npy format.
- Each array inside is stored as its own .npy member, so one NPZ can mix different shapes and data types in a single download.
- Saving with NumPy’s savez_compressed applies deflate compression, trading speed for a smaller file than the uncompressed savez.

- .NPZ is an identification-grade format: Analyser recognises it from its bytes and decodes the header metadata it carries, rather than opening it in a full viewer. Formats that do get a full viewer are marked "Full" on the formats page.
