What is a .JCEKS file?
JCEKS is a stronger variant of the Java KeyStore.

- The name stands for Java Cryptography Extension KeyStore, and unlike plain JKS it can store symmetric secret keys such as AES and DES.
- JCEKS protects entries with PBEWithMD5AndTripleDES, algorithms now considered weak and best replaced by the modern PKCS#12 format.
