What is a .ISZ file?
ISZ is a compressed disc image. Created by UltraISO.

- ISZ is advertised as “ISO Zipped” and squeezes the image with zlib or bzip2, with optional AES encryption.
- A large ISZ can be split into numbered segments, the first keeping the .isz extension and later parts using .i01, .i02 and so on.
